Ingredients:
- 1 kg mixed minced meat
- 4 onions
- 1 handful parsley
- 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons red pepper Bukovec
- 2 tsp mixed spices
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 300 g milk cheese
- 50 ml oil to form hamburgers
Preparation:
- Finely chop onion and parsley (you can use chopping machine) and mix nicely.
- Add all the above spices and ingredients to this mixture and mix with the meat.
- After preparing the mixture, divide in 8 identical balls (around 125 g). Form into burgers (use some oil for easier shaping) and leave in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
- The next day add thinly cut cheese to 4 of the burgers and close each with the other 4 burgers, so you'll then get 4 burgers of 250 g.
- Bake burgers on a grill previously coated with oil.
- Combine this great burgers with fresh salad and with the addition of baked potatoes.
