Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice (250 g)
- 1 kg of water
- 100 g raisins
- sugar to taste (around 100 g)
- 1 vanilla pudding
- cinnamon (optional)
- Put rice in a pot of water to boil until it thickens. A traditional measure of the proportion of rice to water is 1: 4. Stir constantly to avoid burning.
- When rice is done, add sugar. Continue to stir. If too thick, add water and stir.
- Add raisins.
- In the end mix pudding with water and pour this mixture into rice. Continue to stir. The pudding will give a little yellowish color to the sutlijash.
- Once fully thickens, move from fire and serve in glass bowls. Place cinnamon on top or add chopped nuts.
