Ingredients:
- 500 g of fresh raspberries
- 5 tbs powdered sugar
- 2 tbs honey
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 200 ml milk
- two bags of vanilla sugar (20 g)
- Wash raspberries, then 450 g mix in a blender. In the resulting pulp add sugar, honey and lemon juice.
- Whisk cream with a mixer, add milk, vanilla sugar, mashed raspberries and mix until smooth.
- Pour in plastic boxes for freezing and add the remaining raspberries.
- Kept cool in the freezer.
Ingredients:
- 1 bag whipping cream
- 200 ml milk
- 1 cup sour cream or sour milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup of raspberries
Preparation:
- Whip milk and whipping cream till foamy.
- Mix sour cream, sugar and raspberries in a blender and then mix the mixture with the whipped cream.
- Place the ice cream to freeze.
