This is the most common plate found on Macedonian table in summer. You can combine it with everything, with white cheese, kjofte (meatball), barbecue or as desired.
- several green peppers
- olive oil
- Bake peppers on a hot plate or on a grill. Choose thinner peppers for roasting.
- When roasted well on all sides, leave to cool.
- Arrange in a plate and add salt, olive oil, chopped garlic and vinegar.
- That's it!
